Stage 4. The Solution
UX/UI Refresh: Redesigned the site with a clean, modular design system that made it faster, easier to update, and visually aligned with industry leaders like Patagonia and REI.
Custom Glove Preview Tool: Built a custom modal feature allowing customers to preview personalized gloves with initials or symbols. Sourced a handwriting-style font to replicate the authentic look of in-house customization.
Photography Direction: Guided new product and lifestyle photography to better reflect the brand’s rugged, adventurous identity.
Testing & Validation: Conducted user testing to refine flows and ensure intuitive shopping experiences.
