When Illinois State Representative Kam Buckner launched his campaign for Mayor of Chicago, he needed a brand identity and digital presence that could both energize supporters and communicate his vision for the city. Understanding the Candidate

We began by sitting down with Kam to deeply understand what he stood for: equity, opportunity, and a forward-looking Chicago. Through a brandstorm exercise, we distilled his values into a clear brand foundation that would guide every creative decision.

Crafting the Identity

The campaign logo became the anchor. Integrating the iconic Chicago star into the center of the “A” in KAM provided an instantly recognizable, civic-forward mark. “For Mayor” sat beneath it with confidence, while alternate iterations gave the campaign flexibility across platforms. The identity was designed to be both modern and approachable, reflecting Kam’s personality and vision.

Bringing It to Life

With the logo established, we extended the brand across an extensive suite of assets:
